Calling all cyclists, (or those that will give it a go) of those interested in some beer, laughs and a little fundraising.
As some of you may know, some of my friends and I are dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) to support research for a cure for type 1 diabetes. On March 1st at 6pm, we’re hosting a special event called Brew for a Cure, and we need your help to make it a success!
This is event is in two parts: 1) An information and recruiting session for those interested in joining us as part of the Kildare’s JDRF riding team. When I first signed up, I did not even have a bike. Now I am doing multiple 100mile rides a year.
2) A fundraising event of which all proceeds will go towards our JDRF 2024 fundraising campaign. There will be a Girl Scout and beer pairing, raffles and plenty of laughs.
At 7pm, stay around for our monthly Dueling Pianos show. This is always a great time.
