-Bourbon, Brown sugar vanilla chai simple syrup, Egg, nutmeg sprinkle
Bacon Fat Washed Bourbon Old Fashioned
-Bourbon that has been steeped and fat washed with smoked hazelnut bacon fat, combined with demorrara simple and bitters garnished with bacon
Maple New York Sour
-Maple Bourbon, egg white, lemon juice and simple syrup with a malbec float
